Strong micro markets do exist in Colorado despite all the press Colorado has gotten lately with foreclosures. Homes above 600, 000 in the Applewood, Golden and Arvada areas are not staying on the market that long. The past month I have seen 3 houses come on the market and quickly go under contract.
