I visit many blogs and websites to gather ideas and see how others are marketing themselves on Web 2.0 platforms. I ran across a link to a cool interview. Benjamin Bach, a Realtor from Kitchener-Waterloo interviewed Scott Ginsberg aka as The NameTag Guy. Since college, Scott has worn a nametag everyday. His blog covers many motivational topics and can be seen at www.hellomynameisscott.com.

So… how does this relate to MEEBO you ask? As I clicked thru to Ben’s Blog, I noticed this cool app called Meebo which allows anyone to have a nice chat with you as they peruse your website. I remember only five years ago when this was a big deal to have this technology on the Land’s End website. Progress is beautiful, especially with WEB 2.0 widgets like this.

I was contacted yesterday by Melissa Conrad From HGTV‘s show “My First Place” They are looking for Denver renters who want to buy their first home and be filmed during the process. Its a win win for the buyers as they receive a great housewarming gift and access to designers and free expertise.

Call me when you get this because I would really like to talk to you about
the possibility of you and one of your clients being on our HGTV show “My

As I was scanning the Grow-A-Brain blog, I ran across an interesting link to quickly analyze rents for your Denver income property. The old way to see if your rents were competive was to drive around the neighborhood, call other landlords and scour the classifieds. Thanks to RentoMeter…this tool makes it a tad easier.
