Thinking of buying a Denver fix and flip? Or maybe looking for short sale in Arvada or Westminster? Lots of opportunity out in the Denver market for buying property under market value. Thats the good news. The bad news is there are alot of ‘investors’ chasing these deals. Investors that have their financing in place, who know how to manage their renovation costs, who can pull the trigger when an opportunity is presented to them are the ones making money in this game. Oh and investors who create partnerships with their Denver real estate broker. A seasoned investor will have a good general contractor, plumber, electrician,carpet guy, tile guy, loan officer, real estate agent and other experts lined up so that when a house comes up with 20-40k in equity, they can seize the opportunity.
