Yesterday, I was at a closing where I represented the buyers. A very nice family that bought a gorgeous home in Littleton. When we first visited the home, the couple and I were amazed at how green the lawn was. So..yesterday during the closing, I asked the seller, How do you keep your lawn so green?He laughed and told us about this fertilizer called Revive. He applys it a couple of times a summer and says it works magic on his lawn. He also spreads iron and is a believer in the Scott’s Lawncare program.Its amazing what you learn at closings…
